Hello, I'm here to tell everyone... Say NO to RHB ATM Machines !!!! Yesterday I tried to withdraw money from RHB ATM machine, the money doesn't come out, no receipt requested for receipt button pressed but my money was deducted ! FML ! I contacted the RHB ATM Support, they asked me to report to my Alliance Bank ! But Alliance Bank suck all the time, they don't provide 24 Hours customer service care line!! And now, my money was stuck in the bank, I don't know it will take how many working days to get back my money... I complain to Low Yat reception counter, they told me " Owh, sudah banyak orang complain lah, you pergi check you punya bank lah " WTH!!! If the machines had problem, you (Low Yat Management) should put a notice there, if someone is urgent with the cash, how?? It happened to my bf before, he said RHB ATM machines always got the same problem, so he told me he won't go for RHB ATM !!!
