Dissatisfied !!!

Very dissatisfied !! I just bought a 2 in 1 Beauty Hair Set at MAGICBOO 3 days ago. I don't even use it more then twice !!!! BUT...The button got problem!!! I try to go back to the shop to asked them to change a new one, the sales girl said, they only can help me to sent for repair, cannot change a new one to me...WTH !!! Obviously is "THEY" sell the spoil things to me, why cannot change a new one to me? Why want me to sent the things to repair??? Can I make a complain ??? Arghhh !!!!
